I am a certified vocal teacher and professional singer. I have been studying contemporary singing for more than fourteen years. I embarked my studies in Greece, where I was qualified with a conservatoire singing diploma and also a bachelor and integrated master in the theatrical studies field. I extended my vocal knowledge by taking private lessons and also by completing a Vocal Master at Kingston University of London. If you enjoy singing, I would love to provide you with private tuitions in contemporary and modern singing, pop, rock, blues, jazz-improvisation, and even folk! I address all ages.

 

For me, it is essential to know your personal vocal goals and stylistic desires, in order to adjust our lessons to your expectations.  Together we can work:

- on the basics of vocal education, that are related to any style of voicing,

- the theoretical and practical knowledge of the body functionality and its anatomy,

- ear training and mind concentration,

- various ways of vocal protection, and of course

- the research on the body sound resonations, developing various vocal qualities.

- If you desire we can also talk about nutrition and exercise and discuss lifestyle tips that lead to a healthy voice.

- In addition, we can combine the art of singing with dance and theatre techniques (I have a wide experience and I am keen to experiment with you).

- Finally, if you are a professional vocalist, who maybe has a difficulty distinguishing the differences between different vocal techniques (classical-popular), I’d love to contribute to your effort to find your own style.

- Additionally, I can provide the students with personal notes, bibliography end even support an individual research (ex. Dissertation, thesis, etc.).

We can choose online courses with the student:  

I really love teaching online as this helps me communicate my art with people from all around the world. I am fully equipped with all the appropriate electronic fittings to make my lessons have the sense of a face to face teaching experience. That means I use two cameras to make obvious two different points of view and show the appropriate body posture for singing in the best way, I also use mirrors, books, whiteboards to write down things about music theory and of course my piano, microphones and amplifiers. I like to make sure that the students feel I am there, close to them, and feel as much content as they would be by doing a lesson at their home!
